Tracking your department's OKRs or objectives

Post by samiaseo75 »

It is certain that a marketing department has to establish Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) in order to establish a strategy based on those goals. These objectives usually focus on reaching new users and brand penetration among consumers. Therefore, it is expected that progress and small steps taken to achieve these goals will be monitored.

How do you know if your team is on track? A Notion template to track your department’s OKRs and see in detail how progress is developing. The template can be a simple table that includes the telegram number list main objective, key results, current status, and the goal to be achieved. This way, it is easy to have an action plan at a glance that summarizes the main points. This also helps you consider any changes in strategy, in case progress is not happening at the expected pace.

Building a Wiki for your Marketing or Design Team
An alternative to get the most out of Notion for marketing or design teams is to create a Wiki. This is where all the tools the team needs can be gathered into lists that have added content such as links, documents, images, and more.

Workflow guides can be placed in the Wiki to help the team and new members understand how projects and tasks should be developed. This Wiki template can be populated with all the items needed for work such as logos, typography, and external work applications used by the department.

If you create a Wiki for your team, it is important that the template adapts to the needs and work formats you have in common. If you have weekly meetings, incorporate a section with the content discussed during the meetings. Or if you have a particular way of discussing ideas, you can also adapt a section of the template so that the Wiki is really functional for your team.
