Women entrepreneurs: Challenges and the strength of the community

Last Wednesday I had a very intense and emotional experience. I had the honor of moderating a panel alongside four incredible women: Eugenia Maria Di Marco from Sisu Powerhouse , Angelina Vigliocco from OFFi , Delfina Chain M from Chaindots , and Alejandrina Vendrell from Loci Labs . It was an event that left me with many reflections and lessons, and I want to share them with you.



The importance of EXITs and the challenges of being a woman entrepreneur
During the panel, we talked about many topics, but one of the most important was EXITs. However, we also addressed the challenges that women face when starting up in an ecosystem that is still immature. Here are three key hospitals email list points that we discussed:

The lack of space and respect that society gives us.

The need to ask for help and support each other.

The importance of building a community based on trust and mutual support.

Contextualizing the challenges
Starting a business is not easy for anyone, but when you are a woman, the challenges multiply. Society still has a lot to learn about equality and respect. Often, we come across barriers that should not exist, but are there, preventing us from moving forward.

At the panel, each of the participants shared their personal experiences. It was a very emotional moment, especially when we touched on sensitive topics that are sometimes scary or embarrassing to address. However, it was a reminder that we are not alone and that together we can overcome any obstacle.
