How to use Google's Disavow tool?

Post by rokassha.k.h@11 »

If you don't know how to detect an artificial link pointing to your site, Matt Cutts made a very complete video for Google with additional information that can be found at this link .

The Disavow Links Tool is one of the many Google tools provided to webmasters.

With it we can send Google a list of toxic links that point to our project.

This way, we will get Google to ignore these links when calculating the rankings of our website.

It is very important to differentiate between ignoring and deleting, colombia mobile phone numbers database throughout this post we will use the word “delete” in the sense of “ignore”.

Because this tool does not remove the links, it only has the functionality of telling Google that these links should be ignored for rankings in the Google search engine.

Where will we download all our backlinks?
The first option to download our backlinks is to locate all the links with the Google Webmaster Tool.

You can find them under Search Traffic > Links to Your Site.

From there we can download the entire report of links that Google has detected and that point to our website.

The second option is to download all the links pointing to our website in the paid Ahrefs tool.

We will find these by entering the URL of our site in the tool and in the left menu INBOUND LINKS > Referring Domains we can download the entire report of domains that point to our website.

Finally, we have Majestic SEO, another well-known and widely used paid tool for link detection.

With a very similar operation to Ahrefs, we will enter the URL of our website and in the Ref. Domains menu we will find the entire report of domains that point to our website.

Once we have downloaded the reference domains from these sites, we will need to put all the domains together on a plain text sheet in the notepad.

We will find a very significant number of duplicate domains and in this case Scrapebox (highly recommended paid tool) or Textmechanic (free online tool) will come into action.
