It is about nurturing our current clients and our prospects or leads with high-value content that encourages them to buy again in the first case (clients we already have) or to decide to do so in the second.

This email marketing strategy will be based on the knowledge we acquire about customers and leads: what content they visit, their motivations, their interests, etc.

As for the so-called 'outbound channels', I am referring to all those that require a direct monetary investment.

One example is Google Adwords and others are Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads or paid retargeting.

In this sense, I am totally in favor of using these outbound chile mobile phone numbers database channels. In fact, I myself am certified in Google Adwords, for example, and I have also worked quite a bit in retargeting and Facebook ads.

These are channels that very often help achieve profitable conversions.

And by creating content we will be:

Working for business sustainability.

Reducing dependence on payment channels.

Generating greater empathy with those who are and/or could be our clients.

However, it is often necessary to reinforce inbound actions with these outbound channels.

It all depends on profitability, of course.

Let me explain: if you invest €3,000 in Google Adwords and it generates €15,000 in revenue, why wouldn't you do it?

Similarly, if getting a customer through your Facebook ad campaign costs you €6 and you get €25 in revenue for each product sold, considering that each product has a manufacturing cost of €8, this channel is profitable for you, don't you think?

These are just two examples to help you understand how important profitability is, not the investment you make.

For this reason, mastery of outbound channels is also part of the requirements of a correct inbound marketing strategy. What really comes from having an inbound marketing mindset is that you learn to know when to use outbound channels as well and for what purposes.
