However, a competing movement is growing in parallel: mobile operators are actively deploying federal networks of the Internet of Things (IoT) of the NB-IoT standard and are also targeting private households. How will these two trends influence each other?

LoRaWAN networks have a number of clear advantages for operators of such networks: a frequency range that does not require licensing, high speed of solution deployment (there are literally boxed ones), good coverage (2-3-4 km in dense urban areas), excellent power supply indicators and low cost of equipment (a few dollars - a transceiver chip, about $ 15 - a modem with an antenna).
