Match ReportIn what was a typical hard fought Final at Ocean Park on Saturday, Camden earned the right to play University in next week’s IDRU Builders Club Premiership Grand Final with a 28 – 22 win over Minor Premiers Avondale. The thrilling win gives the Rams the opportunity to defend their 2013 title when all seemed lost a few weeks ago.
The match was a tough bruising affair with both sides ready for what turned out to be a real arm wrestle for the full eighty minutes. The result of the match was in doubt right up to the end when Camden posted a try on the bell to confirm their passage through to the last game of the year.
