HubSpot's email marketing tool makes sure you stay connected with your subscribers or subscribers. A good email marketing strategy helps you inform your subscribers about news, promotions, and offers that might list of philippines cell phone numbers interest them. How to Create a Marketing Email with HubSpot
In your HubSpot account, go to Marketing > Email.>
At the top right, click on " Create email ".
Click on " template " to use templates on your emails. You can create a template or edit an existing template in the Manager Tool. You can download more templates on the Marketplace .
Enter a name for your email, then click " Create email ".
Click " Edit details " to customize the email subject and sender information. All details here are mandatory except the preview text.
Click the " From name " and " From address " drop-down menus to select a user in your account as the sender. You can also use " personalization " to send the email from a contact owner.
If you want email replies to go to the sender's address, keep the "Use this as my reply-to address" checkbox selected.
If you want email replies to go to a different address, uncheck the " Use this as my reply-to address " checkbox and enter another email in the Replay-to address field .
Enter the subject of the email. You can add emojis or smart content.
Add preview text to customize the text that recipients see in their inbox preview. If no preview text is added, the first line of the email will be displayed by default.
Hover over a template and click the pencil icon " edit " to change its content. (Learn more about how to edit the main body content of your email.) You can customize any rich text module in your email template.
In the left sidebar, click the " integrations " module icon to open a full list of modules. This will allow you to edit your logo module or any other module in your email template.
Note : A plain text email is automatically created for all marketing emails. This version is only sent to a recipient if the rich text version is not supported in their email client. You can customize the plain text version of your email in the Plain text tab in the content editor.
Settings
In the Settings tab ( settings), you can associate an internal name to your email, which will not be visible to your recipients but will act as a reminder, a label, for you. Select the subscription type and assign your email to a campaign.

Click " Advanced Settings " for more options in your email settings.
To enable the web version of your email, enable the " Edit web version contents " option . You will be asked to enter a page title and customize the URL of this web page.
To change your email template, click on the template name to edit it in your design manager . To choose a different template for this email, click " Select a different template " and select one of the existing templates.
To customize the email footer information for this email, click " Edit email footer contents ". Or click " Manage " to edit the email footer information directly in the settings.
