The process of converting a prospect into a lead often begins with a prominently placed call to action. This is usually linked to gated content or other offers and contains requests such as "Download now", "Arrange a demo", "Buy now" or "Find out more". When the prospect clicks on the CTA, they are taken to a landing page with an integrated contact form, where they can enter their personal data and thus become a lead.
