The arrival of ICT in the classroom

Whenever we talk about new technologies , we do so in light of new jobs, advances in the possibilities of developing a professional career or even to cover new needs that gradually arise over time in our personal sphere.
However, if there is one place that has been revolutionised beyond all possibility of turning back, it is the classroom. Not so long ago, seeing the janitor on duty come in fusion data with a video was already a novelty in the classroom, but today we can talk about digital whiteboards, iPads, projectors (which are considered the next generation of slides in education), etc.
The fact that teachers have had to go a step further to adapt their programs and curricula to the needs that are beginning to be demanded and lay the foundations and the first contact of children in the field of new technologies is already a reality.
There are many possibilities with ICT (Information and Communication Technologies), so much so that even UNESCO has said that they can be the true vehicle for achieving universal educational access, so it should not be taken as a joke.
Obviously, the main need is for teachers to adapt to a new teaching trend that is increasingly gaining ground on traditional materials. With materials and syllabuses available in digital and technological media, access to them from anywhere is unique and possible. This opens up many avenues for a not-so-distant future in which information and education can reach remote places where it is currently unfeasible.

Going one step further, the fact that children in early childhood classrooms are becoming accustomed to using different communication systems and seeing it as something normal means that the gap between today's working reality and the communicative approach of classes allows ICT to become something natural for children.
