Nakamichi Dragon cassette deck
Nakamichi-Dragon-Cassette-Deck-gear-patrol
Nakamichi made the world's finest cassettes before their untimely death in the digital audio era. They pioneered the development of magnetic tape heads and the three-head recording technique; separate greece email list tape heads were used for playback, erasing, and recording. Nakamichi built premium decks for other manufacturers, but it was their ultra-premium Dragon cassette deck released in 1983 that solidified their place in audio history. The Dragon offered a level of playback with well-recorded tapes that rivaled other sources, and it was excellent at recording. Finding a used Dragon online isn't difficult, but with the original company no longer in business, finding parts takes some effort, and it's not a restoration worth attempting yourself. Be prepared to pay a high price for this audio classic.
