No. Zuckerberg and his company are not a non-profit organization , but a publicly traded company that makes money [a lot of money] by monetizing mostly through the advertising that is done internally: Facebook ADS.
So much so that, if I were malicious, I would almost think of a correlation between the decrease in organic coverage you read about above and the increase in the stock price per share.
Ergo: you can create a profile, post and do activities for free, but if you don't invest in ADS you remain anchored to that 2-3% and it is very difficult to obtain useful results for your business.
Facebook is no longer the kingdom of free visibility; with your posts you now reach a small portion of your followers (the smaller the less profiled the audience and the less engaging the posts ), and it is difficult to work on your brand awareness or systematically acquire contacts and customers thanks to this social network without periodically investing in advertising.
The best thing to do, after having assessed that Facebook is truly the environment in which to meet and engage your audience, is to budget a constant amount to invest in Facebook Ads.
Postscript . Even if you don't want to think about a budget for advertising on the blue social network, remember that Facebook can't be free anyway: the time that you or your collaborators dedicate to managing your presence on this social network isn't free, and the professional you pay to do it for you isn't free.

Well, congratulations ! Even Pages with above-average engagement rates don't reach 20% of Fans naturally.
Basically, for the reasons I've explained in other points, always reaching all the ghana phone number library people who would like to be reached by you (your fans) has become practically impossible , no matter how good you are.
It's unfair , but it's true. If you also want to reach people outside your community (not fans) in a targeted way, your only option is to invest in advertising.
If you’re wondering , “Is fan acquisition worth investing in?” my answer is: yes.
In fact, fans are and remain your primary audience for posts you share organically, that is, without paying. There is a big difference between 3% of 50 fans and 3% of 50,000: without a fan base, it is difficult to spread the word , and a fan base that never sees you will hardly be an active fan base .
Without forgetting that one of the biggest problems is having an audience that is little or not at all profiled . This means that the page, instead of being followed by customers and potential customers, in its audience mostly includes friends and relatives of those who administer it or people invited at random in the rush to make numbers... thus generating poor results.
Not only will no one – or almost no one – consider you when you publish a post, but you will trigger a vicious circle thanks to which the Facebook algorithm will progressively give you less and less visibility.
The composition of your page's fans is of fundamental importance and inviting anyone to follow it – or worse, buying fans by the kilo – is a really bad idea for your social lead generation strategy .
