Based on all the properties listed on portals we have taken (which are over 40,000), it seems that there is a large variation in the number of potential clients that each portal brings.

As I mentioned before, the study does not take into account tunisia mobile code the amount of money invested or the profitability of each provider. But we can still draw some conclusions:

1. Large portals work
You'd expect the major portals to do well, but this figure confirms it. Both Idealista and Fotocasa are in the top positions - which means that they are generally money well spent.

Obviously, both portals have many payment options that allow you to highlight your properties. But the fact that they provide more than any other platform means that they are a good investment.

2. Foreign portals also serve
Portals such as Kyero or Spainhouses are also quite high on the list, confirming that they also yield quite a few potential contacts.

Here you need to consider who your clients are. Are they foreigners looking for a house in Spain? If that is the case, you cannot rule them out as they have a significant reach in their respective countries.

3. Minority portals are also profitable
We have not included in the study some portals with a lower volume, such as Todo Pisos Alicante or En Alquiler. There is simply not enough information to have statistical value.

However, all of these portals do provide a certain amount of potential customers.

Although they probably won't bring you as many contacts as Idealista, you should keep in mind that a more secondary portal also charges lower prices. Depending on the offer they make you, it's possible that the Cost Per Contact (which is what you're interested in) will be even lower.
