How do I set up Engagement Scoring?

1. Business Cycle
This is the number of days that Personalization will use for the analysis. For example, if we set the number to 7 days, the tool will analyze during that period and then establish data. It should be noted that it counts in calendar days and there is a maximum of 90.

3. Actions

3.1 KPIs
Based on actions that occur during the visitor lifetime , not the business cycle. For example, allow MCP to consider users engaged if they have +50 actions, regardless of how long it takes. When it reaches 50, it will have met the goal.
