According to the research, 8 out of 10 users (82%) in France say they open emails sent to them by brands they know and therefore trust. Of course, the trust derived from this means that the brand will have to comply with its obligations.
This tells us a lot . We can say, from the start, that the average French controlling directors email list user is loyal, as long as he trusts the brand; but that's not all, the study gives us some more details.

For example, we found that, on average, 6 out of 10 survey participants indicated that they would open an email if it signifies a benefit or promotion.

Another interesting detail is that, in the same ratio (6 out of 10), there is a requirement that the email be readable from a mobile device (i.e., that it be responsive) and at least half want these messages to be pleasant to read (good design, attractive content).

The study also indicates that almost all respondents (95%) are willing to save interesting or engaging emails in their inbox after receiving them.
After conservation, some other actions are derived (according to the study):
9 out of 10 make a purchase
8 out of 10 visit an online store
6 out of 10 forward it to other users
3 out of 10 share it on social networks
Interesting, don't you think? We can really say that French users are friendly with email marketing campaigns, as long as they and the brand meet their demands and needs; once the user's trust is gained, it is quite beneficial for the brand.

Does the French Internet infrastructure have anything to do with it?
We have always said that good results in digital marketing, especially in email marketing campaigns, also depend largely on whether there is a connection infrastructure.
At least in this case, we can correlate the data from the study with other findings already generated in other research, such as the one carried out at the end of 2015 by the Comparaiso.es portal ( online ADSL comparator ), which defined the map of the structure of optical fiber in Europe.
In this study, the countries with the best results in terms of fibre optic speed were Sweden, Switzerland, Luxembourg and France; in all of them, the main operators have connections with a speed of 1,000 Mbps.
