- Tell us, how did it all begin?

- It all started with my love for baking and my friend. There was a fashion for custom cakes, and it so happened that for every birthday of my friends or relatives, they expected a cake from me. After that, my friend said to me: "Isn't it time for you to start?"

I am a "fearful" person, I was scared, I did not understand where to start. I knew nothing about the cost, ingredients. But I came to her work, where she had already found me my first customer. It was a shock, "how so"! But my friend reassured me: "Just make a delicious cake!"

And I made a homemade, ordinary, delicious cake. They tried it, I treated my neighbors and friends, posted it on Instagram - and that's how the first customers appeared. Of course, I was immediately captivated by it, but not in terms of earnings, but in terms of an activity that makes people happy. It was cool. I started studying different recipes, sat up all night and gradually began to do it more seriously.


- I had my first clients in the fall of 2014.

- Have you already studied confectionery before this moment or did you become more deeply acquainted with the topic when the first orders came in?

- Before that, I certainly read literature on confectionery, met foreign chefs, translated recipes, experimented at home - I was always interested in this, all my life. I loved cooking since childhood and read books about it, but after the first orders, my training became more specialized and focused in this direction. - At the moment, is this a hobby or a business?

- Now it has already grown into a business - I don't work anywhere, this is my main activity. But for me, making cakes to order is still more of a hobby than a business. I like doing this more than making money. This is my favorite thing.

- How is everything organized? Do you have your own premises, warehouse?

- I work as an individual entrepreneur. Initially, I worked from home, but for almost a year now I have had my own premises. All the main ingredients are stored there.
