Calling Leads from Wheel of Fortune and Adding Audio to Reverse Callback

In March, we worked hard to improve our products to make them even more convenient to use. Here are the updates we brought:

We have added settings for sending events via chats to Yandex.Metrica — you will be able to manage the integration yourself.
We won the time and updated the import tables for Auto-dialing of numbers.
We made it so that in the Callback you can see the real forwarding number.
Added the ability to call leads from the Wheel of Fortune using Callback.

Integration with Yandex.Metrica. Changes in the settings for sending events via chats
Previously, events were sent automatically. Now you can manage sending in the Yandex.Metrica integration section yourself. Select the necessary conditions for sending and configure goal identifiers.

The update allows you to:

Transfer Calltouch call data to three new Yandex.Metrica reports.
Transfer events on calls, deals and applications to Yandex.Metrica as offline conversions. You can set up goals for these events.
Test the update by setting up sending events via chats according to the instructions . Or contact your manager for help.

Automatic dialing of numbers. Updated import table templates

In new templates, the date is divided into four columns - day, month, year and time in the hh:mm:ss format.



Automatic dialing of numbers has become even more convenient:

Date and time are always correct - you can convert the required data to xlsx and not correct inaccuracies.
There are now more lines for dates, and filling in data is easier.
The update is already working. You can check it in your personal account.

Callback. Display actual number in forwarding and add audio

Previously, you could only see the call number from the call center settings. Now the actual forwarding number is displayed in the call card. It is passed to the API and Webhooks.

What does it mean?

At the beginning of the call, as always, you see the number from the call center settings. When the call is finished, the real forwarding number you spoke to will be pulled into the call card.
When transferring data via API or Webhook, the number will be passed in the redirectNumber parameter.
Now you will have full information similar to direct calls. You will be able to see which employee answered the call, tag calls and build more detailed analytics.

The update is already working for all clients - test it.

Adding audio
We have expanded the functionality of the reverse Callback. Now you can use it not only to fight spam, but also to tell clients about promotions, changes in work, or remind them of an upcoming appointment. The update works well in conjunction with Auto-dialing of numbers .



You can set it up in the "Speech synthesis" tab in the subscriber synthesis section. As a notification method, select your track and upload an mp3 or wav file up to 10 MB in size. If you have any difficulties, contact your personal manager - he will help you set it up quickly.

Additional checkboxes in the widget block
Previously, there was one checkbox and all agreements had to fit into one text. Now you can add several texts and checkboxes in all contact collection forms. This will make the agreements transparent. And it will be convenient for the client - he will be able to activate all the checkboxes at once when sending the form.

Wheel of Fortune. Calling Leads
We have automated the work of the Wheel of Fortune so that you can communicate with hot leads in the moment. Now the tool not only acts as a contact collector, but also works on calling. And your manager understands what bonus the client got even before the call.



In the tool settings tab, select the method for processing the lead. When switching the Wheel of Fortune to dialing, the settings for "Speech synthesis" and "Notifications" will become available. In "Speech synthesis", you can pronounce the name of the bonus that the user has received.

If you can't set up the call to leads from the Wheel of Fortune yourself, contact your personal manager. He will help you do everything quickly.
