--I believe you currently work fully remotely, is that also a reason why you work at iRidge?
Yes, that's true. Full remote work is very helpful. I currently live in Sendai, so being able to work fully remotely is a big help.

In addition to the place of work, the good thing about full remote work is that you can create your own environment that is easy for you, so you can prepare the internet environment, PC equipment, etc. that suit you. In that respect, there are some parts that you have to pay for yourself, but there is a one-time payment of 20,000 yen as a remote allowance and a monthly remote allowance of 5,000 yen, so you can reduce your own burden.

──On the other hand, please tell us what is difficult about working fully remotely.
I have been managing remotely since my nauru email address previous job, but if I had to say one thing, it would be that communication with members requires ingenuity. Each member has a different communication pattern and personality, so I always pay attention to whether I am communicating appropriately, such as the frequency of conversations and how to convey things.

──Please tell us about any clever ideas you have come up with for working fully remotely.
Impressions inevitably change when you talk through a screen, so we always make sure to meet face-to-face for the first time and communicate properly.

By meeting face-to-face, we can get a feel for each other, so I think it will be easier to communicate even after we start working remotely. Other than that, we've been able to do things the same way even if we're not in the office.

What do you like best about working here?
--What do you think is the best thing about working at iRidge?
This is the same reason why I continue to work, but it's the fact that I get to be involved with a product that has attracted over 80 million MAUs, in other words, a product that is deeply integrated into our daily lives and runs within the apps that I use on a daily basis.

Also, the formula for success in smartphone apps has yet to be established, and each company is still trying things out, so it's a rapidly changing field, and I think there's still a lot of room to improve our own products. I think that constantly making improvements in those areas is what makes my job rewarding.
