The easiest and most reliable way to notify the buyer about the delivery is an SMS message. Short, to the point, does not clutter up the email. Another way: clutter up the email. If you sent the client an SMS, you should not duplicate the information in the messenger, it is intrusive.

How to write a text
The text of the SMS message should be short and as informative as possible. The notification must include the order number, the address of the pick-up point and the date by which the parcel can be picked up:


"Your order #33991023 has been delivered and is waiting for you at the pick-up point at 14 Leningradsky Prospekt, Bldg. 2. Pick it up before 13.09."



It would not be a bad idea to tell the client about the intermediate stages of delivery: to let them know that they have not been forgotten and the parcel has not been lost.

"Your order has been collected and is waiting for the courier. Estimated delivery time is August 28, 17:00"


For an e-mail newsletter, you will need a more detailed text. Display in it a list of ordered goods (ideally with photos), address and approximate delivery date. Specify the payment method, amount, number and date of the order.
