I did some spring cleaning in my business

This wasn’t in my goals at the beginning of the year. However, I felt more in tune with my business. I had to face the facts: I needed to overhaul my company . To open a new chapter for my business. As I have already done several times since my launch in 2016.
This is not a whim change.
I have felt a blockage since last year. In mid-2023, I started to germany whatsapp number data change things in my ecosystem of offers. It still does not fit 100%. I could not put my finger on what was really blocking me.
It took me several months to understand that the box I had, in spite of myself, locked myself in no longer suited me.
So, I decided to start a new chapter from scratch .
And I’m sharing my process with you in this article!

First step for my spring cleaning: question the foundations of my business .
This is always the most important step since it is from there that absolutely everything else will flow.
Has my vision for my business changed?
Good news: not really!
I still want to do my job and be with my clients.
I still don't want to manage a team and become a manager.
On the other hand, I realized that my ultimate thrill is being one-on-one with my clients.
Even though I really like the collective excitement of a group, where I am at my best is when I am totally focused on a client's project and I put all my brain at the service of their business .
Conclusion: the individual will take back the majority place in my business since that is what gives me the most energy, makes me the happiest and where I am the best.
Is my why still as strong?
Yes, it is ingrained in me!
It is reassuring because it means that I have not been completely out of my depth for all these years.
I always want their communication to help my clients to allow themselves to take their place, to make themselves more visible to succeed in living comfortably from their activities.
And the more women we have who dare to take their place, the more we kick the patriarchy. Well yes, I remain a feminist eh!
In short, my why has been the same since I started my business .
And it hasn’t changed with my spring cleaning.
Am I still aligned with my positioning?
This is where it gets tricky.
I told you in the intro: I realized that I was locked in a box that no longer fits me .
I'll expand on this point just after.
So my positioning no longer works. And inevitably, that will impact the rest of my business: my offers, my communication.
Do I always address the same people?
As my positioning changes, it inevitably impacts my ideal client .
I'm not starting from scratch on this point but there will be a slight evolution that you will understand after reading my change in positioning.
