With the advent of social networks over the last 15 years, digital technology has become a dominant part of our daily lives. We are constantly connected! I am for a slower digital world. What does that really mean? Learning to disconnect . On Instagram, I shared my vision of social media during my vacation. When I am not working, I do not schedule any posts on social media. And some people shared their vision with me: never disconnect. By wanting to be present at every moment, we forget what life is like without the internet. The world does not stop turning because you do not open your apps for 2 days (on the contrary, it even does it good). This habit of always being connected and available is costing us. We are alienating ourselves.
