3. Navigation is not simple and intuitive
Usability or user experience (UX) is everything that makes navigation easier for people who access a website . We have all encountered pages that expel you from their environment out of sheer desperation, which turn navigation into an obstacle course. That is why it is essential to think about the users who are going to access our website and not about ourselves.

This requires architectural work prior to (and also after) the creation of the website. There are many rules and recommendations in this area, so we will only highlight a few:

Offer a clear path to the user, so that they understand at all times what the next step is that they are supposed to take to search for more information, buy a product or hire a service.
Incorporate an internal search engine.
Avoid broken links.
